Visitation Request Form

Thank you for your interest in visiting the University of Washington! We ask that you schedule your visit with us on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday and submit your request at least 4 weeks in advance. We will consider events requested 2 weeks in advance, but those completing the form earlier will have first priority. We will confirm your request within 7-10 business days via email. A finalized schedule and detailed information will be sent to you two weeks prior to your visitation date. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us at reach@uw.edu after you complete the visitation request form. We look forward to showing you and your students the University of Washington!
