Tina Miller, the University’s Assistant Registrar of Graduation and Academic Records and Degree Audit Reporting, has been named President of WaACRAO for 2009-2010. The announcement came at their annual conference held April 3.
Kuali Student is an open-source software platform for managing student information, including grades, transcripts, tuition and more. Because of its impact on student information, the Office of the University Registrar is playing a significant role in the UW’s adoption of this system, and the Office of Information Management has posted an extensive website about the project.
Hot on the heels of the launch of Web Gradebook, another new tool—Photo class lists—based on the Student Web Services initiative has arrived. Instructors can now generate a list of students in their classes that includes photos.
