Electronic Academic Records System (EARS)

EARS provides access to official student record information through a convenient web-based interface rather than a terminal. Use of this system is restricted to two groups within the UW community: advisers and campus adminstrative staff.

The login below requires an authorized UW NetID and a SecurID or Entrust token.

FERPA warning

Because EARS provides access to student academic informaiton, it is subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, which protects the privacy of student education records. Under FERPA, users of EARS agree that they:

have a legitimate need to access student information in performance of their University duties; and
will not share (or otherwise permit access to) a student's information with others without written consent from the student.
