Sureyya S. Dikmen, PhD

Research
Dr. Dikmen's research interests include the neurobehavioral outcome in traumatic brain injury, prophylaxis for post-traumatic seizures, and the effects of neuroprotectants and rehabilitation interventions in traumatic brain injury.

Teaching
Her teaching activities and interests include mentoring graduate students, post-doctoral fellows, and young faculty in research.

Training
Dr. Dikmen earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Istanbul and her Master of Arts degree at the University of Michigan. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Washington and completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Wisconsin, Department of Neurology.
