Patient Care
Dr. Goldstein's clinical interests are spinal cord injury, secondary impairments following spinal cord injury, and preventive health care in adults with chronic disease and disability.

Research
His research interests include spinal cord injury medicine and prevention and the treatment of pressure ulcers.

Teaching
Dr. Goldstein teaches resident physicians and medical students, stands on thesis committees, and advises residents.

Training
Dr. Goldstein earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Occidental College and his Ph.D. and medical degree at the University of Southern California-Los Angeles. He completed his residency at the University of Washington.
