Patient Care
Dr. Halar's clinical interests are comprehensive stroke rehabilitation,
including the prevention and treatment of strokes and spasticity.
Research
His research interests are in the management and prevention of spasticity,
and the diagnosis and treatment of CTS in diabetic patients.
Teaching
His academic activities and interests include stroke prevention
and rehabilitation, the management of spasticity, and neurolytic
and chemodenervation blocks.
Training
Dr. Halar earned his medical degree at the University of Zagreb,
Croatia, and completed his residency in PM&R at New York University
Institute for Rehabilitation Medicine.
