Patient Care
Dr. Jaffe's clinical interest is the management of children
with disabilities due to injury such as traumatic brain injury,
spinal cord injury, multiple trauma, illness, and congenital
defects such as limb deficiency and arthrogryposis.
In addition, Dr. Jaffe consults with patients at Harborview
regarding their rehabilitation needs.
Dr. Jaffe is rated one of America's best doctors by the Castle
Connolly Guide.
Research
His research is concentrated in the consequences, outcomes,
and rehabilitation of childhood injuries.
Teaching
Dr. Jaffe's academic responsibilities are in resident and
medical student education.
Training
Dr. Jaffe earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Tufts
University and his medical degree from Harvard Medical School.
He completed his pediatric residency and his PM&R residency
at the University of Washington.
