Dr. Little's clinical interests include spinal cord injury and the recovery of function, spasticity, and post-traumatic syringomyelia.

Research
His research interests include the recovery of function, neuroplasticity, spasticity, and post-traumatic syringomyelia.

Training
Dr. Little earned his medical degree at the University of Chicago, his Ph.D. in Anatomy from the University of Chicago, and completed his residency in PM&R at the University of Washington.
