Ms. Okumura's clinical interests include pediatric limb deficiency, upper extremity and partial foot prostheses.

Research
Her research interests include the biomechanics and design of transtibial prostheses.

Teaching
She teaches Upper Extremity Prosthetics.

Training
Ms. Okumura earned her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Sociology and Psychology at Valparaiso University, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education at Valparaiso University, and a Bachelor's degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics at the University of Washington.
