A code usually contains 6 digits, however, the first digits are not listed if they are zeros. The information linked to each code through this table is institution name, street address, city, state, zip code, and a prior or last school code if the old code changed and is now obsolete. The entry of a Yes in the Two Year column indicates a two-year college. A four-year college has an entry of No. A UW Only CEEB code is one that was developed here and is not used by any other school. For example, 4610 = Portland State University while the UW Only CEEB code is 777.
