This table stores the numeric codes used to signify the difference between an athlete who meets the regular UW admission criteria and a special admit athlete who is admitted per the Athletic Department's request. It is used by the Admission's Office to track the number of specially admitted athletes for each sport. Each sport is only allowed a certain number of special admit athletes due to high admission risks which can vary from low high school grades to missing certain core course requirements.
