Data Management Billing

Departments, organizations, companies or individuals wishing to obtain custom reports, custom datasets, or other information which requires our office to perform client-specific development will be charged a (minimum) $40 fee per request unless other arrangements have been made with the Director of Data Management.

If client requests can be met with reports or datasets already in existence, no fee is charged for providing copies of (or access to) the report or dataset.

Payment may be in the form of a university budget number at the time of the request, or a check made payable to the University of Washington. At this time we do not accept credit card payments.

Data Management Information Release

Outside parties such as honor societies or other student organizations must have a UW campus sponsor to whom we can release the information. Upon payment we will furnish the information to the organization’s campus contact.
