Academic Reports

The primary source of data for the reports created by the Student Academic Data Management office is the UW Student Data Base (SDB), also known as Keynes.  With the adoption of an enterprise data warehouse at the University, and the migration of SDB data into that environment, the reports on student data are now available in UWIT’s Decision Support Services Reporting environment, commonly referred too as EDW.  For  more information on EDW reports visit Decision Supports site Report Catalog and Business Intelligence Portal.

Appropriate access is required to view these reports.  Information is available on the DSS website for instructions on Checking Your EDW Access Authorizations as well as Requesting Access to Run Reports and Query Data.

Academic Reports in EDW

The following reports are accessible at http://edw.washington.edu and viewable online. As well, many of the reports are designed to easily export the data to an Excel spreadsheet or other file format. If available, choose the parameter setting ‘Display Results As: Raw Data’ for exporting the data.

Please contact us if you need assistance with the following reports, as they are not designed to facilitate large data extracts and large selections may generate slowly or fail on export:
