Transformative change can happen only by tapping into the expertise of a broad pool of thinkers and doers. As part of our commitment to building the field of data science for social impact, data.org launched a $10 million data.org Inclusive Growth and Recovery Challenge.
The challenge is an open call for breakthrough ideas that harness the power of data science to help people and communities thrive especially in the wake of COVID-19’s economic impact. Proposals are welcome from both individuals and teams that have extensive experience in data science and to those with an idea for how they could use data science to address societal issues, advance shared prosperity, and help ensure an inclusive recovery.

Failure to do so, or to meet the deadlines for submission of pre-proposal, will preclude submission of the application through the Office of Sponsored Programs.
