Thank you for your previous nominations for the Breakthrough Prizes. We are now taking nominations for the 2022 prizes, and we look forward to your participation.
You can renominate your candidates by logging into the site (with your email and password) and choosing My Nominations. Your history of nominations will be there - and if you click Renominate, the completed nomination form will appear. You can submit as is, update and submit or update and save a work in progress. You can start a new nomination by choosing Nominate.

I’ve attached an invitation letter from the three committee chairs that includes all of the prizes available this year. Feel free to circulate among your colleagues and institution.

Investigators who identify a grant, award or fellowship program that restricts the number of applications that can be submitted from an Institution should immediately contact their Chairperson, Associate Dean for Research (or Dean, if no ADR) and the Office of Research (see below) if they intend to prepare a response. Failure to do so, or to meet the deadlines for submission of pre-proposal, will preclude submission of the application through the Office of Sponsored Programs.
