Limited Submissions

NIH recognizes the importance of all institutions of higher learning in contributing to the nation’s research capacity. The goal of this FOA is to upgrade or create novel biomedical research infrastructure to strengthen biomedical research programs. Each project is expected to provide long-term improvements to the institutional research infrastructure. Targeted projects are the modernization of core facilities and the development of other infrastructure serving an institution-wide research community on a shared basis.

Application Instructions

Please submit:

  1. a one-page letter of intent with a description of proposed aims and approach
  2. Biosketch or CV of the PI

 

to research@uw.edu by 5:00 PM Thursday, February 18, 2021. Proposals are due to the sponsor 3/17/21, so you will need to have your materials in to the Office of Sponsored Programs 3/8/21 if given the go-ahead by the review committee.

Failure to do so, or to meet the deadlines for submission of pre-proposal, will preclude submission of the application through the Office of Sponsored Programs.
