Alkermes Pathways Research Awards
Note: This is not a limited submission and is being announced as a courtesy only.
Alkermes Pathways Research Awards® program grants will be awarded to researchers who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing research in sleep disorders, schizophrenia, or bipolar I disorder.
Eligible applicants must have completed their doctoral program; further eligibility criteria can be found here: https://www.alkermes.com/research-and-development/pathways
Areas of Interest:
- Schizophrenia & Bipolar I Disorder
- Sleep/circadian disturbances within Bipolar I Disorder and/or
- Schizophrenia (ex. Excessive Daytime Sleepiness, Hypersomnolence)
- Narcolepsy Type 1
- Narcolepsy Type 2
- Idiopathic Hypersomnia
Research Design Criteria
- Preclinical, clinical, translational and epidemiological research
- Treatment and patient-centered outcomes
- Clinical and health economic outcomes using real-world data
- Outcomes research supporting continuity of care utilizing telehealth
- or other technology-based approaches

Investigators who identify a grant, award or fellowship program that restricts the number of applications that can be submitted from an Institution should immediately contact their Chairperson, Associate Dean for Research (or Dean, if no ADR) and the Office of Research (see below) if they intend to prepare a response. Failure to do so, or to meet the deadlines for submission of pre-proposal, will preclude submission of the application through the Office of Sponsored Programs.
