Career Connect Washington NOAA Coastal Climate Resilience Program Builder

The Employment Security Department (ESD), through Career Connect Washington, seeks qualified organizations and partnerships to serve as Program Builders for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Climate Resilience Regional Challenge (CRRC). Selected Program Builders will develop, expand, or enhance Career Explore, Career Prep, or Career Launch programs that help build coastal resilience pathways and prepare Washington residents for climate resilience and adaptation work. Program Builders will work with employers, education and training partners, community-based organizations, Tribal partners, workforce partners, and/or other regional and sector collaborators to design career-connected learning programs aligned with Washington’s climate adaptation workforce needs.

  1. A one‐page letter of intent with a description of proposed aims and approach.
  2. If the final application requires a statement of broader impacts, please summarize your plans to address the specific requirements on an additional page.
  3. CV (not biosketch) of the PI including past grant funding.
