CollaborationOur overarching aim for our Collaborative Projects is to work closely with collaborators to build and apply biological, physiological and biomedical models that include uncertain knowledge, in order to better understand and predict the behavior of biological systems. Collaborations that we are presently involved in are grouped in the following areas:
Guidelines for Data SubmissionRFPK and the University of Washington have developed a set of guidelines for the purpose of insuring compliance by the biomedical investigators collaborating with RFPK with established Institutional Review Board (IRB) practices and rules regarding the collection, analysis and dissemination of human and animal data for the purpose of biomedical research. Data submission to RFPK must abide by the human subject guidelines in this document. Download ProcedurePlease download the Procedure for Submission of Data (108K PDF*) and be sure to comply with its instructions before any data exchange takes place. Please contact Paolo Vicini (vicini@u.washington.edu) for further information about becoming part of RFPK's collaborator pool.
