Her&nbsp;research interests focus on leveraging&nbsp;supervisor- and provider-level&nbsp;implementation strategies to improve the quality of evidence-based care in low- and&nbsp;middle-income countries.&nbsp;She is specifically interested in exploring the use and implementation of strategies to address social risk factors.&nbsp;Clara received her BA in Psychology and Spanish at Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. Her research focuses on understanding facilitators and barriers to community mental health providers&#8217; use of evidence-based strategies. She is also interested in leveraging research to inform mental health policies. Celine graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2019 with a Bachelor&#8217;s in Psychology, and a specialization in computing. She is specifically interested in the implementation of cultural adaptations of trauma-focused interventions. Priya graduated with a BA in Psychology and Global Health from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2020. Their research focuses on understanding how self-perceptions of victimization affect individual\u2019s interactions with trauma informed therapies. They are also interested in education based mental health interventions among populations that experience high rates of adversity.&nbsp;Grey&nbsp;graduated from Princeton University in 2023 with a Bachelor\u2019s in Psychology and concentration in creative writing. Her interests include child and adolescent mental health, trauma and resilience, and promoting equitable access to evidence-based care. She has experience in&nbsp;implementation and dissemination of evidence based mental health treatments for children, adolescents and their guardians in Western Kenya and the United States.&nbsp;She has previously aided in provision of a continuum of free health care involving culturally sensitive and competent community education on HIV, other STIs as well as pregnancy counseling and testing services, cessation of drug use and medical case management. She\u2019s been involved in a study that worked on implementing Spirometry programs in developing countries.
