The RNA Society Discount
The conference has blocked rooms at four University District hotels and
in the UW campus dormitories. Hotel reservations should be made
directly with your preferred hotel. Click on the name or image of the hotel to
view additional information about each hotel. You must
mention The RNA Society when you make your reservation to receive the
discounted RNA rate. All of the hotels accept reservations from their
website; however, to be assured of receiving the RNA rate you must
make reservations directly with the hotel by email, phone or fax. Pay
close attention to the reservation deadline dates, as they differ
between the hotels. Dorm reservations should be made online with your
conference registration, or by fax or post using the printable form.
Please note that all of the hotels and dorms strictly enforce a 100%

Those who are interested in starting the day with a vigorous uphill walk can make the trip from Silver Cloud to the conference activities in about 20 minutes. Dormitories are located within a short walk of the conference site and offer the most affordable lodging alternative. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable, and are furnished with linen, towels, and telephones with voicemail. A common bathroom is shared with other guests on the floor. Men and women are permitted to share a room with the understanding that the appropriate bathroom for one may be located on an adjacent floor. All rooms have dial-up or Ethernet web access available free to those who bring their own laptop with an Ethernet card; however, you must supply your own 10BaseT cable. Your building will not be assigned until just before your arrival, but visit the UW Residence Halls website for a look at the possibilities. RESERVATIONS: Please make reservations using on-line registration, or by fax or mail using this form. RATE: $302 single occupancy or $210 per person double occupancy. DEADLINE: Reservation must be received and paid in full by May 20, 2006. The price quoted is a full package including 5 nights of lodging (Tuesday 6/20/06 through Saturday 6/24/06) with breakfast Wednesday through Sunday. The price includes state and local taxes and a non-refundable processing fee. The package must be paid in full with registration. Cancellations received after May 20 are not refundable.
