Express reservations: SeaTac to UW dorms
1. ARRIVING from an
airport click on Roundtrip
2. Arrival Details enter your
arrival date and the time you expect to be ready to board the van (allocate
enough time after your scheduled airline arrival to collect your luggage and
walk to the 3rd floor of the airport garage) Note: Do not worry
if your flight arrives late; your reservation will continue to be held all day
and you will be assigned to board the next available departure after you check
in at the Shuttle Express counter.
3. Departure Details enter your
actual flight departure time. Shuttle
Express will then assign your pickup time accordingly, so that you arrive at
the airport with ample time before your flight.
4. School/University select
UW-Terry Hall
5. Complete the other fields on the
screen and continue to next page.
6. Review your Arrival service for
accuracy, or make changes if you wish, and continue to next page.
7. Review your Departure service
for accuracy, or make changes if you wish, and continue to next page. Note:
Scheduled service from Terry Hall departs twice per hour, at 20 and 50
minutes past the hour.
8. Review your fare information and
continue to the Reservation page.
9. Complete the fields for Name,
Flight, and Contact information. Check
to be sure Terry Hall is listed for dropoff/pickup, and leave the Room or
Apt # field empty. Be sure to include your email address to receive a
reservation confirmation message.
10. Advance payment is
optional. You can enter a credit card
number, or you can select Cash as your payment method and pay the van driver
at the time of service. Either way is
the same price.
11. Continue to the confirmation
screen and print out the details. Keep
the Reservation Number for reference in case you later need to change or cancel
the reservation.

SeaTac to hotels
1. ARRIVING from an
airport click on Roundtrip
2. Arrival Details enter your
arrival date and the time you expect to be ready to board the van (allocate
enough time after your scheduled airline arrival to collect your luggage and
walk to the 3rd floor of the airport garage) Note: Scheduled
service to the University District hotels leaves the airport hourly, at 40
minutes past the hour. Shuttle Express
will assign you to the nearest scheduled departure after the time you enter in
this field. Do not worry if your flight arrives late; your reservation will
continue to advance forward to the next scheduled departure until you actually
check in at the Shuttle Express counter.
3. Departure Details enter your
actual flight departure time. Shuttle
Express will then assign your pickup time accordingly, so that you arrive at
the airport with ample time before your flight.
4. Dropoff Location use the
Hotels field to select your particular hotel (choose carefully, as every
hotel in Seattle is listed and some have very similar names!) Leave all the other dropoff fields
empty. Do likewise for Pickup
Location.
5. Complete the other fields on the
screen and continue to next page.
6. Review your Arrival service for
accuracy, or make changes if you wish, and continue to next page.
7. Review your Departure service
for accuracy, or make changes if you wish, and continue to next page. Note:
Scheduled service from the University District hotels to the airport departs
every hour on the hour. If you wish to customize your pickup time, you may
select Shared Van Service for $29 per person instead of Scheduled Van
Service for $19.50 per person.
8. Review your fare information and
continue to the Reservation page.
9. Complete the fields for Name,
Flight, and Contact information. Check
to be sure your hotel is accurately listed for dropoff/pickup, and leave the
Room or Apt # field empty. Shuttle
Express automatically inserts the hotel telephone number. Be sure to include
your email address to receive a reservation confirmation message.
10. Advance payment is
