RNA 2010 Poster Information

RNA 2010 has sufficient room so that all posters can remain mounted for all three evening poster sessions. The first night (Wednesday) will be un-staffed for scouting; even numbered posters will be staffed on the second night (Thursday), and odd numbered posters on the third night (Friday).

Posters can be mounted on Wednesday, June 23 any time between 1:00 and 7:00 p.m. and must be taken down Friday night at the close of the poster session. Any posters left behind on Friday night are at risk of being destroyed.

Poster dimensions must not exceed 4 feet (1.2 meters) high by 4 feet (1.2 meters) wide.  Two posters will share each side of an 8 foot x 4 foot board.
