RNA 2010 Speaker Information

Due to the anticipated number of excellent abstracts, some oral sessions will run concurrently.  The time and location of presentations will be listed on the Schedule page in mid-June.

PowerPoint 2007 or Keynote 2009 presentation files should be saved on a CD-R, CD-RW or USB flash memory drive.   Slide size 1024 x 768 pixels.  Embedded video can be no larger than 1024 x 768.

We strongly urge all speakers to use the PC and Mac laptops provided at the site to avoid compatibility issues with the projector and to keep the program running smoothly.

Meany Theatre (plenary talks) will be open to load your slides onto the presentation laptop on Tuesday, June 22 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. or from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. the morning of your talk.  Kane Hall (concurrent sessions) will be open to load slides in your session room from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. the day of your talk, or immediately following the previous day's last session in the same room.

Overhead and 35mm projectors will NOT be available.  We can support DVD - maximum resolution 720 x 480.  DVDs should be able to be played in a home-style DVD player.  No menus.
