The UW Rome Center Film Series began in Spring 2004 and has since brought the films of several important contemporary Italian directors to Rome's English-speaking academic community. After memorable screenings and meetings with directors Paolo Virzi', Gabriele Muccino, Davide Ferrario, Daniele Vicari, Ferzan Ozpetek, Paolo Sorrentino, Matteo Garrone, Gabriele Salvatores, Mimmo Calopresti, Francesca Archibugi and with actress Maya Sansa we are pleased to highlight the work of director Daniele Luchetti in Fall 2007.
