Educational Talent Search counselors encourage middle and high school-aged students to graduate from high school or complete a GED program. The program promotes enrollment in post-secondary schools; provides academic, career and financial aid counseling; and assists in the completion of college admission applications. Special emphasis is placed on assistance to students from low income, first-generation backgrounds and/or with disablities.
