Not very big - the high school has less than 300 students
The town is Cowiche. The town doesn't have a stop light, it has a
store, indoor car wash

Highland was named because its up on the hills. No
legends, no one
talks about that.
What does it value?
They value the crops for food. They value both family and
hard
work equally. There is one church that serves the community. It's small
so they need to build a bigger one. There are functions on Wednesday. In
Highland there is a large population of Latinos (58%) mostly Mexicans.
