Young women in the Rural Girls in Science program have explored science at science camp and in their science club. Find out what they did and look at some of their creative results!

Science at Home

MAKING PHOTOGRAMS: You can make photographs without a camera by using a special light-sensitive paper. Three young women put their photograms on the web to show you what is possible!

THE CHEMISTRY OF FRAGRANCE: The strong scents of plants come from aromatic oils which are in plant cells. Three young women share their formulas for natural fragrances made from plants.
