Q: How do I export Tables from Solve or Fit into other graphical applications?

A: In principle, having the Table of the results as provided by SAAM II enables you to use any graphical program to display your results. You are therefore not limited to SAAM II (in truth, quite basic) plotting capabilities.

Suppose, for example, you would like to export the Table to Microsoft Excel¨. This can be done easily by following these steps:

1. Select the whole Table;
2. Copy the selection;
3. Paste it onto a blank Microsoft Excel sheet;
4. From the Data menu, select Text to Columns.
5. Follow the instructions on the Microsoft Excel wizard to convert the Table to Microsoft Excel data format. The table data is tab and space delimited.

All the graphic capabilities of Microsoft Excel will be available for displaying your results. After the data have gone through this kind of conversion, they can also be displayed by using Microsoft Graph.
