Decisions made by the Committee with long term impact such as policy decisions must go through a comment period to ensure public participation and afford all interested parties an opportunity to be heard. The Committee is seeking comments from all members of the University community on the items listed below.

Any questions about the proposal should be directed to the Committee Chair or your designated representative. Comments to be considered by the Committee may be sent to the Committee within the specified comment period. The Committee will make every effort to address all comments received.
