ON-LINE ACCIDENT REPORTING SYSTEM (OARS)

Remember: It is mandatory to report any safety incident involving a UW employee. Either employees or supervisors may initiate an incident report. If in doubt, report.

2023 OSHA 300A Summary for All UW Locations Excluding Medical Centers and Airlift Northwest

The previous year’s OSHA 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses is required to be posted every year from February 1 to April 30 in each worksite on safety bulletin boards for all University personnel to review.
