Disclaimer: These rooms are available for courses, activities and meetings related to the School of Aquatic & Fishery Sciences (SAFS). Anyone outside of SAFS requesting a space should email safsdesk@u.washington.edu.

For some spaces, we will not make one-time event reservations until all courses for that quarter have been put into the system.

Additionally, not all SAFS spaces are available for reservation using this software. Please follow directions below regarding how to make requests for specific spaces.

If AV equipment is unavailable for a room, it may often be checked out through the SAFS Front Desk (or see Equipment Reservations)

General Assignment (no online reservation)

The following rooms are available for reservation through Classroom Services. UW staff may request the following rooms by emailing times@u.washington.edu. SAFS students wanting to reserve these rooms should send their requests to safsdesk@u.washington.edu. There is no visible schedule available for these rooms to see when they’re open.
