While there is some distortion in the scan due to bad creasing, no information is missing from the original resource. Each page was given additional inspection after scanning. Some of the things that are cut off in the scan were cut off on the original resource. It was scanned on a flatbed scanner at 400dpi with a large book to flatten the paper.

These materials were given to Sharon Hargus by Edward James' widow, Mary James to be archived.
