HUB Games Area

The HUB Games Area may be reserved by groups for social, recreational, fund raising or charitable activities. In order to receive the rate for registered student organizations, a completed reservation form must be submitted one week prior to the event. The Games Area is located in the HUB Basement.

Below are some basic regulations governing Games Area reservations:

  1. Reservations may be made in person, by telephone 206-543-5975, or online.
  2. Student organizations that are planning fund raising activities in the Games Area must meet with an SAO Adviser.
  3. There will be a minimum one hour charge for a reservation, after that the cost will be based on the actual time involved.
  4. The person(s) making a group reservation must be in attendance at the event or have a designated contact person who will be there. This person will be responsible for communicating and coordinating with the Games Area staff to resolve any problems that might arise.
  5. Failure to follow all University and Student Activities and Union Facilities policies and procedures will result in denial of future use of the HUB Games Area.
  6. Further guidelines will be discussed at the time the reservation is made.
