The UW Alumni Association (UWAA) Fund for Registered Student Organizations has been created to allocate money to support the on-campus events, programs, and activities of RSOs. The UWAA Fund is intended to support the ability of RSOs to enrich campus culture, foster student empowerment, and enhance community impact.

Our colleagues at Wells Fargo have established the Wells Fargo Fund for Registered Student Organizations with a generous gift that will support RSO activities each year for the next 10 years! SAO and the HUB hope RSOs take advantage of this tremendous opportunity to increase student programming at UW and enhance campus life.

The deadline for the current registration cycle (2012-2013) is Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Student organizations registered by the deadline date will retain benefits such as access to the Resource Center, mailbox, reservations on campus, and email/web accounts. Student organizations not registered by the deadline risk losing these benefits and have their assigned email/web account disabled.
To Registration Session schedule is available. Students who attend a Reg Session should bring their Husky Card to record their attendance and become the Primary Officer for their student org.

Currently registered orgs, ASUW and GPSS can submit events to the HUB Calendar to be included on the HUB and SAO websites. And if so requested, the event can be posted to the UW Events Calendar.
We want to help get the word out about student org/student government events, meetings, and gatherings. Remember, an RSO must be currently registered in order to have a calendar event approved.
