Student Activities Fair
The annual Student Activities Fair is open to all registered student organizations (RSO) as a way to promote their activities, recruit new members or volunteers, and to be visible to the UW community. The Activities Fair is held in the fall, free of charge for all participating registered student organizations and sponsored by the Student Activities Office.
The Activities Fair has been incorporated with the activities held during Dawg Daze. Dawg Daze is a campus-wide, weeklong series of events to welcome students and introduce them to the UW community.
The Dawg Daze/Student Activities Fair will be held on
Thursday, September 25, 2008,
from 10:30 AM to
2:30 PM on
HUB Lawn.
To reserve a table space for the Fall Activities Fair, email SAO.
Only currently registered student organizations may reserve
space. Please include the name of your student organization along with the
contact phone number and email address.
Space is limited and all groups are expected to share a table.
Two RSOs will be assigned to one six-foot table and two chairs. Banners or
signs may be hung from the table but cannot exceed three feet in length. Every
effort will be made to accommodate special requests for table sharing, but
cannot be guaranteed.
Table assignments will be available during the Activities
Fair check-in beginning 30 minutes prior to the event. Groups will be assigned
by category.
Please get your reservation in early to reserve your table! Contact
SAO for additional information.
