The HUB, originally built in 1949 with expansions and substantial modifications in 1952, 1960, and 1975, has begun a top-to-bottom renovation that will be completed in 2012. Grand Re-Opening is scheduled for Fall 2012. Learn more

Registered Student Organizations (RSOs), ASUW and GPSS may use water-soluble, non-aerosol chalk on campus concrete or asphalt walkways to advertise their campus events. Chalk may not be used on brick, stone or marble walkways or any vertical surfaces (i.e., building walls, poles, public art, stairways, fences, etc.). The RSO name must be included in all chalked announcements.
Student organizations may be disciplined and/or fined for violations of this policy. Fines will be levied based on the labor and materials needed to remove chalk by the UW Physical Plant. Student organizations will be notified about chalking violations according to the Conduct & Discipline Policy.
