SAS software consists of:

• data handling, manipulation, programming language
• statistical procedures for data analysis
• utilities for sorting, printing, tranposing data
• graphics procedures for the graphical display of data
• specialized procedures such econometric time series (ets)
• other procedures, such as Sas connect and SAS assist and other products
