Notice to SCC Customers
Effective June 30, 2010, the operational management of South Campus Center will transfer to the Office of the Provost; therefore, we are unable to accept reservations for dates beyond that date. Once the decision is made as to whom will have responsibility for the administration of the SCC and/or how it will be utilized, this information will be communicated to the south campus community.
Until June 30, 2010, the staff of South Campus Center are happy to assist with your meeting and event needs. Thank you.
If you have any questions regarding this information please contact Paul Zuchowski, Associate Director SAUF at 206-543-8131.
Reserve a Room in the South Campus Center
The reservation request form, when filled out completely, gives us necessary information in order
to provide you with appropriate space and equipment for your meeting or event. Additionally, the more
detail you provide us about your meeting or event, the better we can serve you and help anticipate
other event needs. Please include as much detail or description as possible while filling out your
reservation request.
There are two ways to submit a Reservation Request
- Submit an Online Reservation Request
Fast, easy and convenient! Pick your date, room, setup, equipment, and many
other options using our online request form. We recommend this option
because your request is received as soon as you click submit! [Some customers find it helpful to
call the SCC to check on room availability before filling out the online request form.]
- Fill out the SCC Reservation
Request form (pdf)
The SCC Reservation Request form is available in our office or you can download
and print a copy. This option requires that you mail, fax or drop off the
completed form to SCC Reservations in SCC 311.
Who Can Use the Online Request Form?
- STUDENTS/STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS: This online request form can only be submitted by one
of the five current 'officers' of a registered student organization (RSO). For more information
about RSO officers or registration, contact the Student Activities Office at 206-543-2380.
- STUDENT GOVERNMENT: Authorized ASUW/GPSS employees and representatives may submit requests
via the online request form.
- DEPARTMENTS & STUDENTS: Series meeting room reservations (requesting a reservation
more than twice a month) are accepted no earlier than two weeks prior to the applicable academic
quarter. Contact SCC Reservations directly for details.
- OFF-CAMPUS CUSTOMERS: The University of Washington does allow some off-campus entities
use of its facilities. However, restrictions and additional approvals may apply. SCC Reservations
will contact you with more information upon receiving your online request.
