Online SCC Reservation Request Form
The online request form is a convenient way for customers to submit their meeting and event requests
to SCC Reservations. Please contact us if you encounter any problems with the online request form.
Some customers find it helpful to call the SCC to check on room availability before filling out the online request form.
Late Requests
The online request form does not accept requests with less than 2 days of your requested event date. Please keep in mind that SCC Reservations may require 3-7 business days to process a reservation request depending on space availability, volume of reservation requests and complexity of the event/meeting.
Late Requests, those with less than 2 business days until the event or meeting date, will be handled on a space and time available basis. There is no guarantee that late reservation requests will be accommodated or confirmed.
If you would like to submit a Late Request, please contact SCC Reservations directly or fax in your request ASAP.
PLEASE NOTE! At the end of the online reservation request process, you should receive an email containing your request details. You will be asked to provide an email address in the request form. If you do not receive this email, then your reservation request was not successfully submitted to SCC. At this point, you may try to submit your online request again or choose to fill out a hardcopy reservation form and submit it to SCC Reservations.

By submitting this SCC Reservation Request, I am agreeing to the following:
- I understand that the submission of the Online Reservation Request form represents a request
only.
- I understand SCC Reservations will review my request and based on the nature and complexity
of my request, will contact me within 3-7 business days with room, furniture, equipment and service
availability and price estimates.
- I understand that SCC Reservations will provide me with a Reservation Confirmation at the point
my request is actually booked. Further, I will comply with all stated policies, requirements
and deadlines in the Reservation Confirmation.
- I understand that misrepresenting the nature of my event/meeting or omitting pertinent details
of my event/meeting will likely result in additional charges or may lead to cancellation and/or
denial of future facility use.
