MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the world's most-used indicator of adult personality patterns. The results of the test can be used to help guide decisions regarding majors or careers, as well as to help understand and appreciate individual differences in interpersonal relationships. The interpretative workshop schedule is below:

STRONG INTEREST INVENTORY
The Strong Interest Inventory (SII) provides general information about your career interests and how they compare to those of people in various occupations. Test results include a list of careers that may be of interest, as well as as general interest "themes" to consider when planning your career. The Inventory can usually be completed in less than an hour. The interpretative workshop schedule is below:

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO TAKE THE ASSESSMENTS?
All of the Counseling Center's services are available to currently enrolled, matriculated, UW-Seattle students. UW Alumni may participate in the interpretive workshops only.

HOW TO TAKE THE ASSESSMENTS

Stop by the Counseling Center between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to pay, complete some brief paperwork, schedule your interpretation, and pick up the on-line assessment instructions.

You may complete the assessments on any computer with internet access. Please allow an hour for each assessment.

Due to the time it takes to score your assessment and prepare your results, you need to take the assessment at least two business days before your scheduled interpretation.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

TAKE THE MBTI/SII ONLINE

Please Note:
We cannot release your SII/MBTI results without a professional interpretation. You must do one of the following:

receive an individual interpretation from a career counselor, or

attend an interpretive workshop at the Center, or

notify the Center of other arrangements you have made for professional interpretation.
