The 9th International Conference of
The Society for Computational Economics
Computing in Economics and Finance

LODGING

The conference has negotiated room blocks with guaranteed rates at three University District hotels and with campus dormitories.  We’ve included web links to all four to help you choose whichever is most appealing to you.  Many other hotels exist in the neighborhood and beyond, at a variety of price ranges and comfort levels.  Hotel reservations should be made directly with your preferred hotel.  Only a limited number of rooms is available at the stated rate – be sure to mention the Society of Computational Economics when you make the reservation, and book early to avoid disappointment.  Campus dormitory reservations should be made using the downloadable form.

All of these hotels accept reservations from their website.  However please note that the only way to receive the special conference rate is to make the reservation directly with the hotel by phone, fax or email.  You must mention Society of Computational Economics to get the rate.  While it is possible that any of the hotels might occasionally offer a lower web-special rate for a brief period (which of course you’d be entitled to if you’re lucky enough to catch it) it is much more likely that the published rates would be higher than the conference rate or that rooms would not be available at all unless you let it be known you are affiliated with the conference.
