Public Health Social Work Training at the Seattle PPCThe purpose of the PPC Public Health Social Work training program is to develop public health social work leaders in the field of children's health care, public health, and children with special needs. Upon completion of training, public health social work trainees will have acquired knowledge and skills in integrated community-based care of children with chronic conditions and their families. Applying for a PPC traineeship in Social WorkPotential trainees should contact Anna Rhys-Johnson, MSW, LISCW, to discuss the traineeship in detail and receive application materials. Traineeships usually begin in the fall, although summer block placements can be accommodated. First preference is given to University of Washington, School of Social Work students entering the second year MSW program. University of Washington students should discuss PPC traineeships with their faculty liaison. Non-University of Washington MSW students should contact Mary Jeanne Phipps directly. Requirements
