Current Research:

Water Re-use and Recycling at Biorefineries:
Production of biofuels and other bioproducts is a very water intensive process which generates large quantities of waste water. The ability to treat and reclaim waste water streams for biorefining processes would help to significantly reduce the environmental impact of biorefineries on the landscape. My research aims to develop a cost effective waste water treatment process for use at biorefineries.
