Ben Drury is a fifth-year PhD student in Social Psychology at the University of Washington working under the guidance of Dr. Cheryl Kaiser, as well as Dr. Sapna Cheryan and Dr. Anthony Greenwald. He received his BA in Psychology from Reed College in Portland, OR in 2004. Ben's research examines how targets of prejudice and their allies can effectively confront discriminatory acts. His other research interests include: issues of social identity, social class, and applied outcomes of social psychological research (e.g. interventions). In addition, Ben is interested in pedagogical approaches to research methods and scientific writing.
