Bracelet.
India, 15th or 16th c. CE. Engraved and beaten gold, guilloche bands. 12 x 12.3 cm. Very rare piece, with varied animal and monster images (the latter possibly Hindu makaras, water creatures); with kufic inscriptions of "Allah." Possible it is not from India but from Indonesia.

1) India, 18th c. CE. Rock crystal, inlaid with gold, silver and rubies. Inv. no.: R 322. 2) India, 17th c. CE. Carved jade. Inv. no.: SN 861.
