Registration Deadlines and Fees

Registration fee per module: $675 (USD); Early-bird rate: $575 (USD).

Reduced academic and government registration fee per module: $525 (USD); Early-bird rate: $425 (USD).

Early-bird deadline: 11:59 PM (Pacific), on Monday, 10 June 2013. Participation in any module is subject to space availability, and participants are encouraged to register early.

Registration fees cover tuition, course materials, coffee breaks, and networking events. Meals, travel and lodging are not covered. No textbooks are required or supplied, but books recommended as background reading are listed in the module descriptions.

Refund Policy: A $25 processing fee will be deducted from refunds requested before 12:00 AM, Tuesday, 25 June 2013. A $200 processing fee will be deducted from refunds requested after 12:01 AM, Tuesday, 25 June 2013 and before 12:00 AM, Tuesday, 2 July 2013. No refunds will be processed after 12:01 AM, Tuesday, 2 July 2013.

Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit cards online via a secure server. For payments by Check or Wire Transfer, please refer to the online registration site for instructions.

Scholarship Information

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND HOW TO APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP.

Some registration-fee and travel scholarships are available for students and postdocs. Students and postdocs can apply for up to a maximum of three (3) modules for consideration of a scholarship.

Students and postdocs can register for up to five (5) modules (one module per session); however, any scholarship award will only cover up to a maximum of three (3) modules, and extra modules will be paid for by the student.

SISMID SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION DEADLINE EXTENDED BY TWO WEEKS TO 11:59 PM (Pacific, USA), FRIDAY, MAY 10. Applications received by April 26 will be processed before May 10, others by May 17.

Required Information: Along with providing Attendee information and selecting modules, Scholarship Applicants will enter the following information during the registration process: your CV/Resume, Statement of Interest, Advisor/Supervisor Recommendation, Advisor/Supervisor Name and Email Address and Education status. Please have this information available BEFORE you register.

Due to University policies, we are able to grant tuition awards based on an applicant’s qualifications, but no travel awards, to students and postdocs residing outside the United States.
