Check-in at the Registration Desk
You may check-in and pickup your conference materials at the registration desk located at the bottom of the Grand Stairs on the first floor of the Hyatt Regency.
Registration Desk Hours
Monday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday 7:30 am – 12:00 pm
At check-in, you will receive your name badge, schedule and lanyard. The conference manual will be available to persons who reserved for the hard copy book in advance. The Registration Desk will remain open on Wednesday until noon to collect clock hour and CLE forms.
Conference Manual
Everyone who registered for the Institute received an email with a link to the Electronic version of the Conference Manual. You may wish to download the conference manual in advance.
Parking
Please allow extra time to park and arrive at the conference center. Conference attendees receive 25% off of the self parking rate. There are no in and out privileges. There will be a parking validation machine near the Registration Desk. You may validate your ticket at any time.

Networking Reception
We hope you will join us at the Tuesday Networking Reception on Tuesday from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. Enjoy complimentary appetizers and connect with your friends and colleagues.
Helpful Notes
- Continental breakfast is provided each morning.
- A lunch buffet is provided on Tuesday.
- We recommend that you dress in layers as the temperature in the meeting rooms may vary.
Wifi
Complimentary wireless internet access will be available for attendees.
Monday Lunch is on your own (for persons registered for the optional Pre-Institute Mini-Courses). There are nearby restaurant options or you may want to bring your lunch. If you are staying at the hotel, you may order room service. The hotel also has a restaurant.
