The Registration Desk is located in the Northwest Foyer of the DoubleTree.
Registration Desk Hours:
Monday: 8:00 am - 7:30 pm
Tuesday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 7:30 am - noon

Optional pre-conference mini-courses take place on Monday.
Opening dessert reception for the Institute is Monday evening.
Institute takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Cancellations and refund requests received by September 11 will be subject to a $35 administrative processing fee. Cancellations received after September 11 but before September 23, 2009 will be subject to a $175 fee. Cancelled Mini-Courses will be subject to a $35 processing fee. Cancellations after September 23 will not be refunded (however, you may request to be mailed a copy of the conference manual). If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. University of Washington reserves the right to cancel the conference in the event of low enrollment or other circumstances beyond its control. The total amount of liability of UW Educational Outrech Conference Management will be limited to a refund of the registration fee. Attendees who purchase non-refundable airline tickets do so at their own risk.
