During the 2012-2013 Autumn quarter. Special Elections for ASUWB (your student government) will be held for the ASUWB Student Senate. These elections will be for Freshman Senators and Graduate Senators. As a member of the Student Senate, it is your responsibility to make this part of Student Government the most representative of each specific class and therefore the entire student body. Throughout the Senate term, each senator must constantly be reaching out to students and gathering information about their concerns. In this way, Senators are responsible for acting in the best interest of students, balancing and vetting executive decisions coming from ASUWB, and advocating for the student voice. For more information on how to apply please visit the ASUWB website, or contact Jodi St. George.
